Salem Centre for Orthodontix (SCO), an oral health and orthodontics provider in Southern New Hampshire for more than 35 years, is proud to announce the establishment of an Annual Scholarship program. This program, the SCO Service Award Scholarship, is part of an effort to give back to the communities we serve, and all of our patients and their families. SCO will award three scholarships in June 2012. This program is open to all students currently receiving orthodontic treatment at SCO, as well as any past patients of our practice.

The SCO Service Award Scholarship will be awarded to an applicant who has demonstrated significant involvement in leadership opportunities AND community service in their community, religious or civic groups, and educational institution. Academic achievement, as well as participation in other extracurricular activities and employment, although not requirements for application, while be taken into account.

Three awards will be presented, one $2,500, one $1,500 and one $1,000 to three separate winners. Each recipient will be notified of the scholarship in June. Financial need is NOT a requirement. No financial information will be collected.
